The Challenge

In an ever-increasing competitive space, Whole Travel wanted to get a fresh start. Having experienced some success with their initial launch, it was becoming increasingly clear that differentiating their offering through a superior and innovative experience was necessary to help set themselves apart.

The Solution

Having been impressed ZEN's work on the SideStep user experience, Whole Travel reached out looking for help in redefining their product offering. ZEN worked closely with the executive team at the strategic level, to design the experience to be more "emotionally" engaging. A photographic browsing paradigm was developed to help users gain inspiration through categorized imagery. Following lessons learned from ZEN's years in travel, an efficient and intuitive downstream experience allows users to search, filter, investigate and book travel accomodations with minimum hassle.
